International Development & Finance

                HOW WE WORK:

    IDF typically works under a simple
    agreement that defines the objectives,
    deliverables, time frame and cost for
    each project.

    We will work as independent due-diligence
    and corporate finance specialists, as a
    member of a client's in-house project team,
    or, we will develop and manage a project
    team, depending on client requirements.

    We coordinate with outside legal,technical,
    accounting and tax professionals when
    required by project circumstances, with
    client approval.

    We take great pride in being ethical,
    straightforward, practical and efficient
    on all projects.  

    We are willing to travel to most locations
    worldwide as required by project
    circumstances.  Proprietary information is
