International Development & Finance

                HOW WE WORK:

    IDF typically works under a simple
    Professional Services Agreement that
    defines the deliverables, time frame and
    costs for each project.

    We will work as independent due-
    diligence and corporate finance
    specialists, as a member of a client's
    in-house project team, or, we will
    develop and manage a project team,
    depending on client requirements.

    We coordinate with outside legal,
    technical, accounting and tax
    professionals when required by project
    circumstances, with client approval.

    We take great pride in being ethical,
    straightforward, practical and efficient
    on all projects.  

    We are willing to travel to almost any
    legally possible location worldwide to
    undertake project responsibilities.

    Projects  are maintained in strict
    confidence.
