     DUE DILIGENCE AND FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS

International Development & Finance (IDF) helps companies to discreetly investigate the financial solvency of
clients, partners and counterparties, as well as their business practices and reputations.

Although a client, partner or counter-party may be the "largest" or "oldest" company in
its industry, it may also be the one closest to insolvency or to adversarial proceedings.

As an independent consulting firm, IDF can quickly and discreetly conduct financial and general due diligence
concerning a company and document findings in sufficient detail for an informed decision.   Serious partners and
counter-parties are usually willing to share (within reason) their financial information, their references and their
corporate documents under confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

Beyond current and historical due diligence, IDF is particularly strong in the evaluation and financial modeling
of new projects, ventures and acquisitions.  Having worked on numerous new project and corporate
acquisition situations, IDF knows that there is no perfect crystal ball for the preparation of financial projections.
IDF uses "most likely", "optimistic" and "pessimistic" projection scenarios to evaluate the sensitivity of the
projections associated with projects or acquisitions to changes in revenues, costs and other circumstances.

IDF believes the risks of new projects and acquisitions can be substantial, and that the projected returns on those
projects and acquisitions should be commensurate with those risks.
